Booking Conditions
A non refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking, along with a completed booking form. The remaining 75% balance must be received by us 8 weeks before the start of your accommodation, or immediately if your arrival date is less than 8 weeks away.

We are very flexible and do not have a set 'Changeover day'.
Arrival time: after 3pm.
Departure time: 10.30am.

The taxe de sejour is a French daily tourist fee of 0.50€ which will be added to your accommodation cost.

Cancellation Dates and Fees
8 - 4 weeks before the start of your accommodation: You will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of your booking.

4 - 2 weeks before the start of your accommodation: You will receive a 25% refund of the total cost of your booking.

2 weeks before the start of your accommodation: No refund is given.

If we are able to re-book your accommodation you will receive a full refund, excluding the deposit.
