A variety of Walking and Horse riding maps, leaflets and guide books are available at the tourist office. For serious walkers there is a Morzine 'Carte de Randonnee' topographical, 1cm:250m scale map available to purchase showing detailed information on paths, rivers, lakes and waterfalls for the whole area
Guided Walks
There are also guided walks available in group outings or with the hiring of your own private qualified guide. These can be from 1/2 day low level trips to a busy 2 day trip with an overnight stay in mountain lodgings. There are also many opportunities to explore the mountains, valleys and lakes accompanied by a donkey or horse. Again these are for 1/2 day to 2 day trips for both children and adults.
