From Chatel Avoriaz, Morzine and Les Gets (all within the Portes du Soleil ski area) are easily accessible via pistes and chairs. Each area has their own snowpark, rails & halfpipe.

As well as down hill skiing and boarding, the Portes du Soleil has 35km of Nordic Ski paths where you can discover winter nature in all it's beauty. There are cross-country pistes 'Ski de Fond' and snowshoe paths 'raquettes' to follow, Both right outside Le Duplex.

La Chapelle and Chatel are linked with a cross-country circuit of 8km where there are another 7 circuits covering 12km.

The Abondance Valley and Morgins have over 80km of signed snowshoe paths, with circuits from 1 to 5 hours.

A variety of ski-passes are available for the different areas, as well as the whole of the Portes du Soleil. Please ask for a list of prices.

We have a 15% discount for 'le Duplex' clients at our local ski hire shop, just across the road. We also have our own boards to hire at a discounted rate.
