Duplex Alpine Holidays

Our apartment is situated on the lower floor of a larger chalet building located just off the main road running through the village; only minutes walk to the local ski lifts of Les Houches, and to the village centre.

With many windows in the lounge and french doors on to a garden terrace the apartment is exceptionally light.

The open plan american style kitchen is new and fitted with everything you may need for your stay.

There is a warm, cosy double bedroom and children's sized bunk beds just outside the bedroom (coin montagne).

For a second couple or teenage children there is a comfy sofa bed in the lounge.

There is an internal storage cupbaord for your skis and boots, keeping them warm over night.

For Winter 2012 'Adventure Base' will be looking after you.

They will welcome you into the aparment, and be on hand to help you in any way during your stay.

They will provide an information pack on the property and "things to do in Les Houches and Chamonix".

They will organise cleaning of the apartment on your departure, but the apartment must be left in a tidy and reasonably clean state. Bins must be emptied, bottles taken to the bottle bank, the fridge cleared of half eaten food and general tidyness all round would be appreciated.

From Summer 2012 we will be looking after you.

We will welcome you into the apartment, and be on hand to help you in any way during your stay.

Before you arrive, we can help organise your airport transfer, ski hire, ski passes and childcare if needed.

You will also have the bonus of:

• A welcome pack, with a few kitchen essentials to start you off.

• Sky TV.

• WiFi (bring your laptop)

Extras (at additional costs) include:

• Provide us with a shopping list and we can stock your cupboards in preparation for your arrival.

• The option for freshly baked croissants delivered to the door in the mornings.

• Home made evening meals can be prepared in advance for you and left with instructions on reheating and serving.

• Evening babysitting allowing mums and dads a night off.
